What we collect

This website uses no cookies, has no forms and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Only if Cloudflare needs to run a security check, for example to verify that you’re not a robot, may it set a technical cookie that doesn’t require consent. When you visit a page, the provider hosting the site (Cloudflare) processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address and browser type. This data stays in Cloudflare’s logs only as long as needed to keep the site secure, under the provider’s terms, and we use it for nothing else.

If you write to us

Writing to us is optional. If you do, we use your email address and what you write only to reply and, if you ask, to hold you a spot among the first venues or prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare, which hosts the website, and Google, which receives a copy of incoming email, are based in the United States: data transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The mailbox is hosted by OVHcloud, on servers in Europe. Website security relies on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to object, or to receive it in a machine-readable format (portability), by writing to info@kublersoft.it. We don’t use your data for automated decisions or profiling. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Customers of venues using Conoscimi

This notice covers only the KublerSoft website. People who join a venue’s club through Conoscimi receive that venue’s privacy notice, as the venue is the controller of their data.
