Conoscimi launches in December 2026 with the first venues. Book now and we’ll hold your spot and contact you to set up as soon as it’s your turn; the first 20 venues to book also get the founder price, €39 a month instead of €49. Booking doesn’t commit you to anything.

No. With Base and Plus you need a second number in your business’s name, used only for Conoscimi: a business SIM costing a few euros a month is enough. Your booking number is never used, so the line you work with every day is never at risk. Entry doesn’t need one, as it doesn’t use WhatsApp.

You pay Meta directly, at Meta’s price: currently about 7 cents per marketing message delivered in Italy. Before every send the dashboard shows you an estimate, for example “312 messages, about €21”. We add nothing.

No, and you wouldn’t want to. Under the GDPR (Art. 7) consent isn’t free if customers must give it to read the menu. That’s why “See the menu without joining” is as big as “Join and see the menu”: the members you get are real and their consent holds up.

The data belongs to your venue, which is the controller; KublerSoft is the processor under a dedicated contract (Art. 28 GDPR). The Conoscimi database runs on servers in the European Union. To deliver messages, data also passes through Meta (WhatsApp) and our email provider, which may transfer it to the United States with GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We never use it for ourselves or mix it between venues.

Up to 5,000 emails a month on Entry and Base, 20,000 on Plus. On WhatsApp we recommend 2–4 messages a month: people who get too many block the number, and Meta lowers your sending limits.

No. Conoscimi links to the menu you already have, as a PDF or on your website, and doesn’t touch your till.
